The Invacare Model BAR750 Bariatric Bed with Half-length Bed Rails is a heavy-duty full-electric bed frame capable of supporting up to 750 lbs. This ultra-convenient bed frame is capable of expanding to three width setting capabilities: 39"W, 42"W, or 48"W; and two length settings: 80" or an extra tall 88"L. Just set the length and width to match the size of your mattress! Four ultra-quiet DC actuators easily reposition the head and foot sections, as well as the bed height. And, for the ultimate in safety, the bed comes standard with a battery backup.

Patients over 6'2" tall will love this optional 8" mattress length extension kit BAR750BOLSTER , which will increase the mattress length from 80" to 88". This high density foam mattress extension is made by Invacare specifically for 6"H foam mattresses, but can also work with other mattresses. Simply adjust the Invacare bed frame to the 88" setting and add the mattress extender to the foot or head end of the mattress. NOTE: The width of this extension is 39". Using this extension with a 42"W mattress will leave a 1.5"W void on both corners at the foot end. Using this extension with a 48"W mattress will leave a 4.5"W void on both corners at foot end.
