At New Leaf Home Medical, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
